Great Childerley, Little Childerley and Lolworth, 6 tofts, 118 1/2 a. land and 8 a. meadow, in Little Childerley and Lolworth; 1 1/2 a. land in Great Childerley called ‘Richardeslond’; and 2 tofts, and 18 a. land, lying separately in the vills and fields of Great Childerley, Little Childerley and Lolworth, never part of the above manor of Great Childerley, annual value 20s., held of the bishop of Lincoln , service unknown.

She died on 6 April 1436. Margaret, wife of John Michell , citizen and fishmonger of London, is her sister and next heir, aged 40 years and more.
