He died seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Racton, a messuage, worth nothing yearly, 100 a. land, worth 50s. yearly, viz., each acre worth 6d. yearly, held of John Watergate by service of 4s. yearly, payable at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and Michaelmas equally.

He died on 23 September last. John Gunter , his son and next heir, is aged 29 years and more.

There is in the manor a capital messuage, with adjacent garden, called ‘Courte Place’, worth nothing yearly; 4 carucates of arable, each carucate containing 80 a., worth £4 yearly, viz., each acre worth 3d. yearly; 20 a. meadow, worth 33s. 4d. yearly, viz., each acre worth 20d. yearly; 20 a. wood, worth 10s. yearly, viz., each acre worth 6d. yearly; 11 a. pasture, worth 11s. yearly, viz., each acre worth 12d. yearly; 60s. assize rent coming severally from various tenements, payable at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and Michaelmas equally. The hundred and the profits of the same are worth 5s. yearly,
and the advowson is worth nothing yearly.
