Gunthorpe, a messuage, worth 40d. yearly; 5 a. arable, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 5 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; and 2d. rent from 1/2 a. land, currently held by John Dolphyn , payable at Easter and Michaelmas equally, held of Katherine, duchess of Norfolk , service unknown.
She died on 5 December last. Isabel, who was wife of Humphrey Halughton, esquire , and Alice, wife of John de Leek, esquire , are her daughters and next heirs. Isabel is aged 52 years and more, and Alice is aged 50 years and more.

There is the manorial site, 15 messuages, 5 cottages, and a toft, worth nothing yearly; 48 bovates, each worth 4s. yearly; 40 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 15 a. pasture, each acre worth 4d. yearly; an enclosed pasture, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; and 18d. assize rent from various tenements in Langford, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost equally.
She held the following in dower by endowment of John Grey, esquire , with reversion to the heirs of John.
Hickling, 3 messuages, worth nothing yearly; 3 virgates, each worth 13s. 4d. yearly; 12 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 5s. assize rent from various lands, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost equally; and advowson of the church there, held of the king of his earldom of Lincoln by fealty for all service. John Wysow, clerk , was presented by Emmeline and instituted as parson of the church long before her death, and was still parson at the time of her death.
