He was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.

Little Wratting, the manor with appurtenances in Little Wratting, Haverhill, Withersfield, and Steeple Bumpstead, formerly of Alfred de Capell , true annual value 100s., held of Richard, duke of York , as 1¾ knights’ fees.
He granted it to Thomas, duke of Exeter , Henry, bishop of Winchester , Thomas, bishop of Durham , John, bishop of Norwich , John de Veer, earl of Oxford , Richard de Veer, esquire , Robert de Veer, esquire , William Paston of Paston, William Tresham , William Hoddeshole , John Tylney , Henry Bradley , William Oldehalle , Walter Caxton , William Giffard , William Brayton , and John Howelot, clerk , and to their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter dated Little Wratting 20 July 1421. The charter was shown to the jurors. Thomas, Henry etc. were thus seised of the manor and all its tenants attorned to them. Philip bound himself and his heirs to guarantee the manor to Thomas, Henry etc., and to their heirs and assigns.

He died on 24 December last. Philip, his son and next heir, is aged 18 and more.
