Eccleshill, the manor, annual value 40s., held of Henry Broumflete, knight , and Joan his wife, duchess of York , in right of Joan, service unknown.
Farsley,
a capital messuage, worth nothing yearly; 60 a. land, each acre worth 3d. yearly; and 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly, held of the king in socage by fealty and rendering 1d. yearly at Martinmas;
2 messuages, 30 a. land, and 3 a. meadow, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; and 17s. 5½d. rent, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost by equal parts, held of the prior of St John of Jerusalem in England, service unknown

Pudsey, a messuage, bovate, and a croft, worth 40d. yearly, held of the same Walter, service unknown.
Thorner, 10s. rent, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost by equal parts, held of Thomas de Metham , service unknown.
He granted the above to Thomas Thunstall, knight , William Skargyll , Thomas Haryngton , John Haryngton , Robert Passelew , John Frankes , and Henry Scalwra and to their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter, shown to the jurors, in which he was described as Robert Thornour son and heir of Thomas Thornour , and the manor etc. were described as his manor of Eccleshill, and all his lands and tenements, rents, and services in Eccleshill, Farsley, Calverley, Pudsey, and Thorner. Thomas, William etc. [as above] are still seised in their demesne as of fee.

He died on 18 June last. Elizabeth Thornour , his daughter and next heir, is aged 10 and more.
