He died on 16 February 1428. John Nevylle is his next heir, aged 15 and more, and in the wardship of Thomas Wodvyle .n070

[Dorse:] A duplicate inquisition was sent to Chancery by authority of a writ under the great seal, directed to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer and enrolled among writs to them for Michaelmas term 1434, roll 2.
