Jurors: Thomas Gardyner of Gotham; John Wryght of Keyworth; Robert Kyrkman of Ruddington; William Lovot ; Richard Wro of East or West Leake (Leek); William Boro of Thrumpton; John Thrumpton of Kingston on Soar; Henry Fermur of Edwalton; Robert Stevenson of East or West Leake (Leek); John Alen and William Thorp of Gotham; and Robert Grene of Plumtree.
He held in demesne as of fee 4 ruinous messuages, 40 a. land, and 11 a. meadow in Gotham, annual value 20s., of the king in chief as of the duchy of Lancaster as of the honour of Leicester by knight service. He held 4 a. land in Kingston on Soar and 4 a. land in Thrumpton of the king in socage, of no annual value above the yearly rent of 4d. an acre that is delivered to the king by the sheriff.
He died on 30 June 1427. John Nevylle , his son and next heir, is aged 18 and more.

He died seised of a ruinous capital messuage in Prestwold, one cottage with a close in the same vill, and certain lands, meadows, pastures, and rent in the vills and fields of Prestwold, annual value 13s. 4d., held of the king in chief, service unknown.
He died on 16 February 1428. John Nevylle is his next heir, aged 15 and more, and in the wardship of Thomas Wodvyle . [Dorse:] A duplicate inquisition was sent to Chancery by authority of a writ under the great seal, directed to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer and enrolled among writs to them for Michaelmas term 1434, roll 2. This inquisition also deals with the sale of the goods of three outlaws: John Boteler , lately staying at Thrussington, had goods at Asfordby sold to William Lile ; the goods of Robert Dalby of Little Dalby were sold to Robert Halle ; and John Auncelot of Siveton, ‘smyth’, who was outlawed at the suit of John Kyrkeby , had goods sold to Richard Lowseby .
