Willingdon, 2 a. land in a furlong called ‘le Benkhamme’, annual value 12d., held of the king in chief as 1/200 knight’s fee.
He died seised of the following by curtesy.
[No place given], 1½ a. land in a furlong called ‘le Undervynche’, annual value 12d. Of whom it is held and by what service is unknown.
Eastbourne and Willingdon, 28 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly, formerly of Thomas Batte , but of whom they are held and by what service is unknown.
Willingdon, 9 a. land, each acre worth 9d. yearly, held as of the honour of L’Aigle, service unknown.
Eastbourne, 1½ a. [land] in the tithing of Lamport, annual value 6d. Of whom it is held and by what service is unknown.

He died on 20 June 1421 when William their son and next heir was aged 16 and more.

William Beek, escheator , seized the land virtute officii into the hands of ‪ Henry V in 9 Henry V [1421–1422], and took its issues for which he was answerable in his account of that year. Successive escheators have taken the issues and the Exchequer holds their accounts.
