ELIZABETH SISTER OF THOMAS ROTHENHALE

The following came to the hands of Henry V and is still in the king’s hands owing to the death of John Rothenhale and the minorities of Thomas his son and heir and Elizabeth sister and heir of Thomas.

Rothenhall, ½ manor, annual value 33s. 8d., held as a whole of the king as of the honour of Chester as 1/5 knight’s fee.

Elizabeth died on 15 June 1422 without heir of her body. Anne daughter of John Rothenhale is sister and heir of Elizabeth, and was aged 21 on 26 July last.
