He married Avice and they had issue: Margaret wife of Adam Forster , and Isabel lately wife of John Palmer father of John Palmer . He died thus seised and these tenements, with other lands and tenements, descended to Margaret and Isabel as his daughters and heirs. The inheritance was partitioned by royal licence and the above was allocated to Isabel in her purparty. She was thus seised in demesne as of fee and died so seised. The above descended to John her son and heir, and he died seised in demesne as of fee without heir of his body. Margaret is his kin and heir.
