There are 20 messuages, each worth 12d. yearly; 5 cottages, each worth 6d. yearly; 40 bovates, each worth 20d. yearly; and a court baron held every three weeks, worth nothing yearly above the seneschal’s fee.

He died on 30 May last. Joan wife of John Hyklyng, esquire , is his daughter and next heir, and aged 30 and more.
