Regarding the minority of John Swynerton son of John Swynerton son of John Swynerton her late husband, and her late husband’s kin and heir.

Holdings

In the presence of Thomas Swynnerton and Giles Swynnerton , next friends of John Swynerton son of John Swynerton son of John Swynerton her late husband. The following is assigned in her dower according to the tenor of the writ.

Hopwas or Hopwas Hays, 2/3 of an assart and of a meadow
, in allowance of the 1/3 pertaining to her from a moiety of a virgate in Fradley and of the said assart and meadow in Hopwas or Hopwas Hays.
Ogley Hay, Hopwas or Hopwas Hays and Cheslyn Hay, the offices of bailiff and seneschalry, with their profits, as 1/3 office of bailiff and seneschalry of the king’s forest of Cannock.
The 2/3 assart and meadow together with their 1/3, 1/2 bovate in Fradley and the office of bailiff and seneschalry of the forest belonged to John Swynerton , her former husband, after the celebration of their espousal.
