John [?Robus], 72 years and more, says that there was such a strong wind the day that Thomas was born that John and other men of the vill feared the weaker of their houses would collapse. William Loket , 70 years and more, says that Joan his wife gave birth to a son named Gilbert the day that Thomas was born. Thomas Tylly , 73 years and more, gave the godfathers and godmother water to wash their hands immediately after Thomas Sandes was baptised. John Park, 78 years and more, was sent to get Alice Norman to be Thomas’s wet-nurse the day that Thomas was born.
