He died on 31 August last. Alice wife of Thomas de Rempston, knight , is his daughter and next heir, aged 30 years and more.

. By a fine of 1337 [quin. Mart., afterwards East. quin. 1338, CP 25/1/185/29 no.189], between Thomas son of Thomas de Bekeryng, chevalier , and Isabel his wife, through John de Misterton her attorney, quer. and Simon le Rous of Somersby and John de la More, chaplain , deforc., the latter granted the manor, which they had by gift of Thomas son of Thomas, to this Thomas and Isabel and the heirs of their bodies. Thomas son of Thomas and Isabel were seised in their demesne as of fee tail. Right in the manor descended according to the form of the gift from them to John Bekeryng, knight , as their son and heir, and from him to Thomas, named in the writ, as his son and heir. Thomas died seised of the manor in his demesne as of fee tail.
In the manor of Laxton there are 12 derelict messuages, worth nothing yearly; 4 carucates, each worth 10s. yearly; 6 carucates, each worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 40 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly; 60 a. substantial timber, worth nothing yearly; and 20s. rents of service at Martinmas and the Invention of the Cross in equal portions.

Thomas and Isabel were seised in their demesne as of fee tail, and right descended as in 599 such that Thomas died seised in his demesne as of fee tail.
