Escheator of Oxfordshire and Berkshire has been commanded to take her oath not to marry without royal licence. Escheator of Buckinghamshire ordered to assign dower from lands taken into the king’s hands owing to the death of William her husband and the minority of William Molyns his son and heir. Assignment to be in presence of Thomas Chaucer, esquire , farmer of these lands, forewarned by the escheator, or of his attorneys [CCR 1422–9, p.217].
