She held the manor of Chelsing in her demesne as of fee tail, to herself and her heirs by Thomas Wake, knight , by gift of Thomas Wake of Blisworth and Alice his wife to Maud and Thomas Wake her former husband, by fine levied in the court of ‪ Edward III , and shown to the jurors, between Thomas Wake, knight , described as Thomas Wake , son of Thomas Wake of Blisworth, and Maud his wife, quer. and Thomas Wake of Blisworth and Alice his wife, deforc. [Mich. quin. 1372 and afterwards mor. All Souls 1374, CP 25/1/288/49 no. 746].

Chelsing. In the manor there are 9 messuages, each worth 12d. yearly; 2 cottages, each worth 8 d. yearly; 212 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 9 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; 12 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 7 a. wood, worth nothing yearly because there is no underwood growing; and 6 3/4d. assize rents at Midsummer and Christmas in equal portions. The manor is not held of the king in chief but of whom and by what service is unknown.

She died on 26 April last. Thomas Wake is the kinsman and heir of both Thomas Wake, knight , and Maud, as son of Thomas son of Thomas their son. He was aged 23 years and more at the day of her death.

She held the following in Cardington and Bromham of the king in chief by service of 1/20 knight’s fee, in her demesne as of fee tail to herself and her heirs by Thomas Wake, knight , her former husband, by gift and enfeoffment of William Marchall, late parson of Marston Moretaine church and John de Tudenham, late parson of Blisworth church , to them and their heirs, ‪ Edward III ’s licence being previously obtained and shown to the jurors:

Cardington and Bromham, 12 messuages, each worth 2s. 8d. yearly; 7 virgates, each worth 10s. yearly; 3 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 10 a. pasture, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 110 a. wood, worth nothing because there is no underwood growing there; 5s. 2 1/2d. rent; and 1/2 virgate, worth 5s. yearly.

She held the manor of Little Crawley as of fee tail to herself and her heirs by Thomas Wake, knight , by gift and enfeoffment of Thomas Wake of Blisworth, knight , and Alice his wife, to Maud and Thomas and their heirs.
Little Crawley. In the manor there are 10 virgates, each worth 8s. yearly; 6 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 9 a. wood, worth nothing yearly because there is no underwood growing there; and 33s. 2d. assize rents of free tenants at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions. The manor is held of Lady Bergevene, service unknown.
