William le Zouche, chevalier , is the son and next heir of this William, and is aged 23 years and more. [ms galled]; 100 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 15 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 200 a. pasture, worth 10s. yearly; and the 3s. 4d. assize rents from lands and tenements in Wotton Underwood. The manor and assize rents are held of Simon Darches , service unknown.

He died on 31 March 1424. Robert Isham is his son and next heir, aged 22 years and more the day of his father’s death.
