She held jointly enfeoffed with William Frebody , her late husband, the manor of Thorpe Mandeville by grant and confirmation of John atte Hethe, parson of Aston church , and William Dalby, vicar of Thorpe Mandeville church , to William and Elizabeth and William’s heirs and assigns,

the manor described as the manor of Thorpe Mandeville together with all other lands and tenements, rents and services in the vill of Thorpe,
which John and William formerly had by grant and enfeoffment of this William Frebody .
In the manor there are a hall, cattle-shed and stable, worth nothing yearly; a close, worth 12d. yearly; a wood, its underwood worth nothing yearly; a water-mill, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 200 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; right of free warren, worth nothing yearly; 2 views of frankpledge with court perquisites, worth 4s. yearly; 15 messuages and 15 virgates of arable, each messuage with virgate worth 8s. yearly; 7 cottages, each worth 12d. yearly; and 24s. assize rents at Michaelmas and Lady Day in equal portions. The manor is held of the king in chief by service of 1/2 knight’s fee.

She died on 23 November last. William Frebody is the kinsman and heir of William Frebody [her late husband], being the son of William his son and heir, aged 30 years and more.
