Pertaining to these 2 parts are 2 parts of the site, worth nothing yearly after the maintenance of buildings of the 2 parts of the manor; 10 bovates of land, each worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 12 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 3 cottages, each worth 18d. yearly; 6 a. wood, each acre worth 12d. yearly; and 42s. 2d. free rent called assize rents, from free tenants, names unknown, at Pentecost and Martinmas in equal portions.

She died on 24 March last. Thomas de Belesby , son of Hawise and Thomas de Belesby, knight , deceased, her former husband, is her next heir, aged 10 years and more.

Godfrey and Hawise had issue Godfrey and Hawise, who survive. Godfrey, her husband, survives and claims to have and hold these 2 parts of the manor and all these lands and tenements for life by curtesy by reason of these offspring.
