Regarding the heir of John Dencourt, knight , who held the manor of Wooburn in his demesne as of fee: whether he is called John or William, in response to conflicting returns from John Boys, former escheator of Buckinghamshire and William Gypthorp, former escheator of Lincolnshire [CIPM XIX, nos 70–1].
