She held in dower after the death of John de Eynesford, knight , 1/3 manor of Tillington, reversion to John de Merbury , John Brugge and John Vyntier , esquire s, by grant of John de Mellebourne son of Peter de Mellebourne, esquire , held of James de Berkeley of his manor of Berkeley, service unknown, annual value 10 marks. She also held various messuages and lands in Burghill, Tillington and Wellington called `Mauncelleslond' by grant of John Mellebourne , remainder to John de Merbury , John Brugge and John Vyntier , held of Anne, countess of Stafford , of the honor of Brecknock, service unknown, annual value 10s. After Isabel's death John de Merbury , John Brugge and John Vyntier , esquire s, entered the 1/3 manor of Tillington and the messuages and lands in Burghill, Tillington and Wellington and afterwards demised the 1/3 and 2/3 manor and the messuages and lands called `Mauncelleslond' to John Mellebourne , son of Peter Mellebourne , and his wife Elizabeth and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of John. She held the manor of Edvin Ralph for life, remainder to William Crofte , son and heir of John de Crofte , by grant of Malcolm de la Mere , Thomas Oldecastell , John Skydmor of Kentchurch and Hugh Harpere, clerk . The manor is held of Thomas, bishop of Hereford , service unknown, annual value 100s.
She died on 24 Sept. 1421. William Bourghull is her next heir, aged 40 years and more.
