The escheator of Staffordshire ordered to take her oath not to marry without royal licence and then to assign dower from the lands taken into the king’s hand owing to the death of her husband Roger Dorlaston and the minority of his daughter Alice. Assignment to be in the presence of Alice's next friends. [CCR 1419–22, p.83]
