William Hankeford, knight , Henry Fuleford , John Gambon junior and John Dabernon were formerly seised in demesne as of fee of the following and granted them to John Kirkham , Isabel named in the writ, and the heirs of John. John died and Isabel entered and held of the bishopric of Exeter. After her death the lands reverted to William Kirkham , deceased, a minor, and brother of John named in the writ, and then to William's brother Robert Kirkham , who survives. The lands are now in the king's hand because Robert is a minor.
Isabel died on 25 April 1419. Hugh Champarnon , aged 3 years and more and in the king's wardship, is her kinsman and next heir, i.e. son of her brother Richard Champarnon .
