Holdings
By deed of 27 April 1417 he leased to John Buckevyll, citizen and grocer of London , his manor of Blackwell Hall with mills, watercourses, fisheries, wardships, marriages, courts, reliefs, heriots and escheats from 25 March 1417 for 30 years, paying 8 marks yearly at Michaelmas and the Annunciation. By a deed of 14 May 1417 he granted the 8 marks rent and the reversion of the manor to Thomas Dun , Robert Wodecok and John Arle and by deed of 16 May 1417 John Buckevyll attorned tenant to them. By deed of 30 April 1417 Robert granted to John Buckevyll a yearly rent and a quitrent of 100s. from the manor of Blackwell Hall at Michaelmas and the Annunciation. The manor is held of Earl Warenne , annual value 6s. 8d. yearly, service unknown.
He died on 23 June last. Edward, his son and next heir, is aged 3 years and more.
