He held in his demesne as of fee:

Caldicot in the march, `West Ende' manor, of the king in chief by knight service, annual value 100s.;
Newcastle hundred manor, of Richard Beauchamp, earl of Worcester , Lord le Despenser , by knight service, annual value £20;
Coity, the castle, annual value nil,
and 2/3 manor and lordship, annual value £20, with the advowsons of the churches of Coity and St. Brides Minor, of the same by knight service;
Llanharry in the march, the manor and advowson, of the same by knight service, annual value 60s.;
Newland in the march, the manor, of the same by knight service, annual value 26s. 8d.
After the death of William Gamage Richard Beauchamp, earl of Worcester , entered owing to the minority of Thomas the heir, and still holds and takes the profits. He held of Edmund, earl of March , by knight service:
Rogeat, the manor and advowson, annual value 200s.;
Llanvihangel, in the march, the manor and advowson, by knight service, annual value 4 marks.
On his death the earl of March entered and took the profits owing to the minority.

He died on 23 Aug. 1419. Thomas, his son and heir, is aged ?16 years and more.
