Recites findings of CIPM XIX, no. 95, taken in 1409. Inquire what lands came into the hand of ‪Henry IV owing to the death of Robert de Plesyngton, esquire, and the minority of his son Robert.

Owing to the death of Robert de Plesyngton and the minority of his son Robert the following came into the hand of ‪ Henry IV and remain in the present king's hand:

Stirton and Thorlby, 4 messuages and 8 bovates arable and meadow, held of John , son and heir of Thomas de Clifford , of the manor of Skipton by fealty and suit of court at Skipton twice yearly, annual value 21s. 8d.;
Broughton, 3 messuages and 6 a. meadow, of the same John Clifford by a rent of 1/2 lb. cumin, annual value 5s.;
Otley, a burgage, held of Henry, archbishop of York , by fealty and suit of court at Otley twice yearly, annual value 5s.;
Ilkley, 3 messuages, of the heirs of Robert Plesyngton, knight , service unknown, annual value 10s.
