The escheator of Hampshire and Wiltshire has been ordered to take her oath not to marry without royal licence. The escheator of Dorset ordered to take her oath not to marry without royal licence and then to assign dower from the lands taken into the king’s hand owing to the death of her husband Henry Popham, esquire. Assignment to be in the presence of his son and heir Stephen Popham, esquire. [CCR 1413–19, p.475]
