Joan wife of John Walker , Margery wife of Robert Dyngull , Alice wife of John Adam , Margaret wife of Richard Hauker , Emma wife of John Hyott , daughters of Eve, and John son of Cecily her late 6th daughter are next heirs. The daughters are of full age. John son of Cecily is aged 1 year and 3 weeks and no more and is in the ward of John ap Phelipp his father.
