She held a 4th part of the manor of Kingsholm in her demesne as of fee of the king in chief by the grand serjeanty of serving in the pantry on the day of the coronation. The whole manor is held of the king and his heirs, annual value of the 4th part 27s.11d.

She died on 13 April last. Joan wife of John Walker , Margery wife of Robert Dyngull , Alice wife of John Adam , Margaret wife of Richard Hauker , Emma wife of John Hyott , daughters of Eve, and John son of Cecily her late 6th daughter are next heirs. The daughters are of full age. John son of Cecily is aged 1 year and 3 weeks and no more and is in the ward of John ap Phelipp his father.
