Jointly with Margaret his wife, who survives him, he held the manors of Norton, Foxton, Smeeton Westerby, Gumley and Church Langton, with the advowson of Langton at alternate vacancies, for the term of their lives by the grant of John Stotusbury and Thomas Wakeleyn , both now deceased, and Henry Slayer and William Leek .
He died on 31 Jan. last . John Gryffyn is his kinsman and heir, being the son of Richard, son of Elizabeth his sister, and aged 30 years and more.
