Similarly he held 3 waste places and 4 bovates in Barthorpe, parcel of that manor, annual value 13s.4d.,
and 2 bovates in Westowe, annual value 3s.4d.

He died on 16 Feb. last . Henry his son and heir is aged 13 years and more.

He and Margaret had two daughters, Margaret wife of John de Lancastre, knight , and Elizabeth wife of William de Lancastre of Yanwath. Immediately on his death they all entered the manor of Yanwath and took the profits. The daughters are both aged 24 years and more.
