Jointly with Katherine his wife, to them and the heirs of their bodies, he held the manor of Threlkeld of John Derwentwater, knight , by the rent of a rose, annual value £20.

Jointly with Margaret, his late wife, to them and their heirs, he held a third part of the manor of Yanwath of Ralph baron of Greystoke by a cornage rent of 40d., annual value £8. He and Margaret had two daughters, Margaret wife of John de Lancastre, knight , and Elizabeth wife of William de Lancastre of Yanwath. Immediately on his death they all entered the manor of Yanwath and took the profits. The daughters are both aged 24 years and more.
