Stagsden, the manor, called ‘Jemmes maner’, held of the king in chief as 1/6 knight’s fee. The site of the manor is worth 13s. yearly. There are there: 8s. assize rent; 200 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 5 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; and 4 a. pasture, each acre worth 12d. yearly.

She died on 30 April last. Agnes, the wife of James Fynaunce , is her daughter and next heir, aged 22 and more.
