a tenement in a street (vicus) called ‘Chepingstrete’, annual value 13s. 4d., held of the king, of the duchy of Lancaster, by knight service;
a capital messuage and 2 carucates of land, annual value £4, held in socage, of whom the jurors do not know

He died on 28 November last. Margaret is his daughter and next heir, aged ¾ and more. Her wardship and marriage pertain to the king.
