Holdings

He held no lands or tenements in demesne or in service of the king or of any other. He was once seised of the following in demesne as of fee, which – by charter dated 1 May 1445, shown to the jurors – he granted to John Trowdebeke , William Wroth , John Hulfeld , and Thomas Clarell , esquires, and Thomas Dodde, clerk , and their heirs, so that they were seised in demesne as of fee. They continued in that estate until the day of this inquisition.

He died on 29 July 1445. John Cope is his son and next heir, aged 10 on 8 July 1445.
