He was seised of the following in demesne as of fee. Thus seised, by deed dated at Papworth St Agnes, 26 April 1421, among other manors, lands, and tenements, he granted the manor to William Boerley of Broncroft, esquire , George Haxton of Haxton, esquire , John Russell, rector of Shelton, chaplain , and Richard Bentley of Shrewsbury, clerk , and their heirs and assigns. By virtue of the feoffment they were seised in demesne as of fee. In the charter, shown to the jurors, he was described as William Malory of Papworth St Agnes in Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire, knight. Afterwards George Haxton, John Russell , and Richard Bentley died seised of such estate. William Boerley survived them and continued his estate until the day of this inquisition.He died on 20 June 1445. Thomas Malory is his son and next heir, and was aged 21 on 7 December 1444.
