Holdings
He was seised of the following in demesne as of fee. Thus seised, by deed dated at Papworth St Agnes, 26 April 1421, among other manors, lands, and tenements, he granted the manor to William Boerley of Broncroft, esquire , George Haxton of Haxton, esquire , John Russell, rector of Shelton, chaplain , and Richard Bentley of Shrewsbury, clerk , and their heirs and assigns. By virtue of the feoffment they were seised in demesne as of fee. In the charter, shown to the jurors, he was described as William Malory of Papworth St Agnes in Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire, knight. Afterwards George Haxton, John Russell , and Richard Bentley died seised of such estate. William Boerley survived them and continued his estate until the day of this inquisition.
Shelton, the manor [value not specified], of whom held not known.

He died on 20 June 1445. Thomas Malory is his son and next heir, and was aged 21 on 7 December 1444.

Papworth St Agnes, the manor, held of the king in chief by knight service, and the appurtenant advowson of the church, of no annual value because the church is full. In the manor there is a site, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; 120 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 8 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 6 a. several pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; and 50s. assize rent payable at Midsummer, Michaelmas, Christmas, and Easter.
Papworth St Agnes , in the vill:
a messuage, annual value 13s. 4d., held of the bishop of Ely, of his manor of Little Gransden , by paying 6d. and 24 wooden dishes; and
a messuage, true annual value 13s. 4d., held of Humphrey, duke of Buckingham and earl of Stafford, of his fee of Lovetot, by knight service.
