Holdings
He held the following in demesne as of fee tail, by grant of Elizabeth, lady Botreaux to Ralph Botreaux her son, Maud his wife, and the heirs of the body of Ralph, with remainder to John Botreaux named in the writ and the heirs of his body. The charter was shown to the jurors. By virtue of the grant Ralph was seised in demesne as of fee tail, and Maud in demesne as of free tenement. Maud died, and Ralph held the manor by right of survivorship. Afterwards he died without heir of his body. After his death John entered the manor as in the remainder and was seised in demesne as of fee tail. He had issue: Anne, now wife of John Lysle, knight , and died. After his death the manor descended to Anne as daughter and heir by virtue of the grant.
Lund, the manor, with appurtenant knights’ fees and advowsons, viz. alternate presentations to the churches of Hinderwell and ?Watton (Warton), annual value £20, held of Henry, earl of Northumberland , by knight service.

He died on 25 March last. The above Anne, the wife of John Lysle , is his daughter and next heir, aged 24 and more.
