She held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or in service, but she held the following in demesne as of fee.
Pledgdon, the manor, held of Richard Nevyll, earl of Salisbury , in socage by 4d. at Easter and Michaelmas. The site of the manor is worth nothing yearly. In the manor there are 216 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 8 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly; 16 a. ‘brompastur’, each acre worth 1d. yearly; 20 a. wood and pasture, each acre worth ½d. yearly; and 33s. assize rent from various free tenants payable at Easter and Michaelmas. There are four tenants in the manor, each holding a messuage and 8 a. land at will and paying 2s. yearly at Easter and Michaelmas; and two other tenants, each holding a cottage at will and paying 12d. yearly at the same feasts.
She died on 24 November last. Her daughters and next heirs are Alice, wife of John Marchall , aged 36; and Cecily, wife of Henry Caldebek , aged 35 and more.

Great Thurlow, 4 messuages, each worth 20d. yearly; 3 virgates of land, each worth 2s. yearly; 8 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 50 a. wood and pasture, each acre worth ½d. yearly; 60s. assize rent from various free tenants in Great Thurlow and Little Thurlow, payable at Easter and Michaelmas; and 20s. rent issuing from the manor of Great Thurlow, payable by Thomas Geddyng and his heirs at the same feasts. She also held as of fee and right a moiety of a fair (unius ferie sive nundinarum) held at Michaelmas every year at Great Thurlow, worth 5d. yearly, and a moiety of the view of frankpledge held once every year, worth 3d. yearly. All the above are held of the king by service of a pair of gilt spurs.
