She was not seised of any lands or tenements in demesne as of fee, but she was dowered with various lands, tenements, and rents in Drax and the soke of Drax, as following, parcel of 1/3 manor and lordship of Drax, by assignment of the king after the death of John Lely from the inheritance of Joan, wife of John Babthorp , daughter and heir of John Lely. Joan is now 19 and more.
