Wellington, 1/2 manor, held of the king in chief as 1/4 knight’s fee. There is the site, worth nothing yearly; £4 assize rent, payable at Michaelmas and Lady Day equally; 160 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 18d. yearly; 10 a. pasture, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and 100 a. wood, worth nothing yearly above enclosure.
Adzor, 1/2 manor, held of the king in chief, service unknown. There is a vacant site, worth nothing yearly; and 8s. assize rent.

He died on 17 July 1439. Ellen Walweyne , Agnes Walweyne , and Elizabeth Walweyne are his daughters and next heirs, and respectively aged 13 and more, 12 and more, and 7 and more.
