She held the following manor for life by demise of Philip Morgon, lately bishop of Ely , John Bathe, clerk , Bartholomew Brokesby , John Russell , Walter Kebbyll , John Daundesey , and Thomas ap Llewelyn , with reversion to James, earl of Ormond , John Sutton, chevalier , Thomas Rempston, chevalier , John Salueyn , William Scarlet , Robert Darcy , Henry Fylongley , William Newport, clerk , Nicholas Betley , Thomas, earl of Salisbury , Richard Hastynges, chevalier , and Baldwin Bugge , and their heirs and assigns. The grant was made by charter, shown to the jurors, and Elizabeth was described as Elizabeth, who was wife of Edward Burnell, chevalier . By virtue of the grant, Elizabeth and Thomas Criston, chevalier, then her husband, attorned to the donees, and Elizabeth afterwards died seised of the manor in demesne as of free tenement. Thomas, earl of Salisbury, Richard Hastynges, chevalier, and Baldwin Bugge, are now deceased.
Great or Little Holland (Holond), the manor, held of the king in chief by knight service. There is the manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 400 a. arable, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 60 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 12 a. pasture, each acre worth 10d. yearly; 40 a. wood, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 75s. assize rent from free tenants and £11 rent from neifs, taken yearly at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer, and Michaelmas, equally; 40 cottages held at will, worth nothing yearly; view of frankpledge held yearly on the second day after Midsummer, worth 20d. yearly; and a court baron held every three weeks, worth 6s. 8d. yearly.

She died on 3 April 1440.
