Holdings
She held no lands, tenements, rents, or services of the king in chief in demesne or service. A fine was levied at Westminster on the quindene of Martinmas 1431 [CP 25/1/292/67, no. 129], before William Babyngton , John Martyn , John Juyn , James Strangways , John Cotesmore , and William Paston , justices, and afterwards granted and recorded on the octave of Trinity 1432 before the same and others present, between Guy Fairfax , Alexander Nevill , Guy Roucliff , and Thomas Mitford, querents, and Henry Percy, knight , and Elizabeth, described as Henry Percy of Atholl, knight , and Elizabeth his wife, deforciants, regarding the manor of Hunmanby in Yorkshire, the manor of Toft in Lincolnshire, the manor of Isleham in Cambridgeshire, and the manor of Cratfield in Suffolk. Henry and Elizabeth recognised the manors to be the right of Guy Fairfax as held by Guy, Alexander, Guy Roucliff, and Thomas by grant of Henry and Elizabeth. For that recognition, Guy, Alexander, Guy, and Thomas granted them to Henry and Elizabeth and the heirs male of the body of Henry, with successive remainders to Henry Percy, earl of Northumberland , and the heirs male of his body; and to the right heirs of the earl, as fully apparent in the one part of the fine, shown to the jurors. Henry and Elizabeth were thus seised in their demesne, viz., Henry as of fee tail to him and the heirs male of his body, and Elizabeth as of free tenement. Henry afterwards died seised of his estate without heir male of his body. Elizabeth survived him, and continued in her estate for life. She died so seised and the manor of Hunmanby should remain to the earl and the heirs male of his body.
Hunmanby, the manor, annual value 40 marks, held of Henry, archbishop of Canterbury, service unknown.

She died on 21 January 1440. Thomas, Lord Scales, is her son and next heir, and aged 30 and more.

[Head:] Delivered to court on 18 July 1440.
