He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Pattesley, the manor, true annual value 5 marks,
with advowson of the church, parcel of the manor, annual value 40s.,
and all members and appurtenances in Pattesley and other places, held of the king in chief as 1/20 knight’s fee.

He died on 29 July 1409. John Pattesley , citizen and alderman of London, is his kin and next heir, viz., son of Richard Pattesley son of Adam Pattesley brother of Hamon, and is aged 40 and more.

Henry Carman , Ellen Sutton , and Agnes Sutton have taken all manorial issues since Hamon’s death until now.
