He died seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Hellidon, the manor called ‘Baskervylemaner’, held of the king in chief as 1/4 knight’s fee. There is a wasted manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 15 messuages, worth nothing yearly; 18 virgates of arable, each virgate worth 6s. yearly; and 24 a. meadow, each acre worth 6d. yearly, demised to various tenants-at-will, payable at Easter and Michaelmas equally.

He died on 5 September last. William Fouleshirst , his brother and next heir, was aged 21 years and more on 1 August last.
