There is a site, worth nothing yearly; 12 messuages and 2 cottages, worth nothing yearly; 300 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 200 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; 300 a. pasture, each acre worth 3d. yearly; £10 assize rent, payable at Lady Day and Michaelmas equally; a market (for’) held on Lady Day, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; view of frankpledge, worth 5s. beyond the fees of the steward and bailiff; and a court baron held every 3 weeks, worth nothing yearly beyond the fees of the steward and bailiff.
Wicklesham, the manor, held of the king in chief by fealty only. There is a site, worth nothing yearly; a warren, worth 30s. yearly; 200 a. pasture, each acre worth 3d. yearly; a watermill with several fishery, worth 20s. yearly.
