She held the following by grant of John Hilton and Elizabeth his wife to William Hilton , now deceased, and Katherine his wife and William’s heirs, for which the king’s licence was obtained [CPR 1408–13, p. 74], by a charter dated at Nether Worton on 3 June 1409, shown to the jurors.
Nether Worton and Whelde Combegrove, a messuage, worth nothing yearly, 3 tofts, worth nothing yearly, 4 virgates of land, each worth 10s. yearly, and 10s. rent, payable at the feast of St Thomas the Apostle, Lady Day, Midsummer and Michaelmas equally, held of the king by knight service, quantity unknown.

She died on 9 September last. Isabel, wife of William Bermyngeham , is daughter of William Hilton and Katherine and is William’s next heir. She is aged 23 years and more.
