She held in dower by endowment of Thomas Whetynden her former husband,
£3 6s. 6d. annuity from the farm of the city of Canterbury by the hands of the bailiffs and citizens, 22s. 2d. at Easter and 44s. 4d. at Michaelmas, held of the king by fealty for all service.
This was Thomas’ part of the £30 annuity granted by ‪ Edward III , by letters patent shown to the jurors, to William, son of John Cundy , and his heirs in recompense for the bailiwick of Sandwich [CPR 1354–58, p. 326]. Thomas was one of the kin and heirs of William, being son of Alice, one of the sisters and heirs of William, son of John Cundy . The reversion belongs to John Isaak , Joan Mayhew , Robert Broke and Margaret Fygge , kin and heirs of Thomas and their heirs – John as son of Agnes, daughter of Margaret, one of the sisters of Alice, mother of Thomas, aged 50 years and more; Joan as daughter of Constance other sister of Alice, mother of Thomas, aged 60 years and more; Robert as son of Joan, one of the daughters of Robert Fygge , son of Margaret one of the daughters of Constance, other sister of Alice, mother of Thomas, aged 7 years and more; and Margaret Fygge , other daughter of Robert, son of Margaret, other daughter of Constance, sister of Alice, mother of Thomas, aged 30 years and more.

She died on 11 January last. John Newman is her son and next heir, aged 12 years and more.
