She died seised in her demesne as of fee of
£3 13 1/2d. annuity from the farm of the city of Canterbury by the hands of the bailiffs and citizens, 20s. 4 1/2d. at Easter and 40s. 9d. at Michaelmas, held of the king in chief by fealty for all service.
This was her part of the £30 annuity granted by ‪ Edward III , by letters patent shown to the jurors, to William, son of John Cundy , and his heirs in recompense for the bailiwick of Sandwich [CPR 1354–58, p. 326]. She was one of the kin and heirs of William, being daughter of Robert, son of Margaret, one the daughters and heirs of Constance, one of the sisters and heirs of William, son of John Cundy .

She died on 13 April last. Robert Broke is her son and next heir, aged 7 years and more.
