He died seised of the following in his demesne as of fee, which came into the hands of ‪ Henry V and are in those of ‪ Henry VI owing to the death of Thomas Coggeshale and the minority of Richard.
Sandon, the manor, 210 a. arable, each acre worth 6d. yearly, 20 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. 6d. yearly, 20 a. pasture, each acre worth 12d. yearly, 12 a. wood, each acre worth 3s. 4d. yearly, and 40s. assize rent belonging to the manor, at Easter and Michaelmas equally. The manor is held of the king in chief of the castle of Dover by service of a knight’s fee and 10s. yearly for castle-ward, annual value £12 15s.
Little Baddow, the following annual rents held of Robert Darcy of his manor of Graces, service unknown: 12s. from a tenement called Riffham’s; 12d. from Roger Fox ’s tenement; and 2s. 8d. from a tenement that Thomas Seler holds.
Boreham, the following annual rents held of John de Boreham and others of their manor of Newhall, service unknown: 10s. from a tenement that Walter Gardiner holds; 6d. from a tenement that William Redhood holds; 3s. from a tenement that John Bryd holds; and 20s. from a tenement that John Hildemar holds.

He died on 8 June 1427. Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Coggeshale , is his sister and next heir, aged 16 years on 23 June last.
