Jurors: Robert Caylesthorp and Richard Glouer of Ludborough; Richard Brytte of Covenham; Iden (Idon’) Coke and William Trewluffe of Cawthorpe or Little Cawthorpe (Calthorp); John Cotom of Utterby; John Lawrence of North Ormesby (Ormesby); John Copeland and William Wollerby of Louth; William Dale of Hallington; Robert Clemens and William Crofte of Louth; William Wyoth of Manby; William Potell of Gayton le Marsh or Gayton le Wold; and John Bynbroke of Louth.

Holdings

He held no lands or tenements in his demesne as of fee or in service of the king in chief or another. Long before his death, by his charter shown to the jurors, and faithfully acknowledged by the jurors, he granted all his manors, lands and tenements in Lincolnshire to Walter Tailboys , John Tailboys , John Ratheby and others. The co-feoffees were therefore seised.

He died on 30 December last. Elizabeth Fraunk and Alice Fraunk , his daughters, are his next heirs, Elizabeth aged 9 years and Alice 5 years and more.
